When do I pay?+

You top up your wallet when you post. The fee is held there and only released to the freelancer once their report is submitted.

What’s in a report?+

Your checklist, ticked off on the spot, plus photos and notes. It arrives in the app and you can message the freelancer with follow-up questions.

Can I be a poster and a freelancer?+
